The Clarens village and Kgubetswana location draw most of their water through the Townlands Dam, which is filled from the Klein Caledon and As Rivier outlow, and in turn pumps up to the reservoirs from where it travels to the taps from which we drink shower and cook etc etc…

Not so very long ago we were having fund raisers for the water issue, and managed to get a new pump and upgrade the infrastructure to ensure that Clarens can continue to be a premier tourism destination of South Africa.
