Advertising opportunities and the Clarens Craft Beer Festival!
Planning for the Clarens Craft Beer Festival 2014 is in full swing with the launch of the new-look website and ticket sales only days away. Already there is much hype in the social media about this event and accommodation bookings confirm that it will be a sell-out yet again.

We have various advertising opportunities connected to the website to offer to Clarens business in order to promote their establishments before, during and after the festival. And before the thought that you don’t need to advertise” since you will be busy anyway” comes up – consider that the festival is one of the premium showcases for Clarens long after the event is over, with many visitors returning after their great first introduction or repeat visit to Clarens. Stats on our website show that these visitors consult the festival site for information on Clarens.
So… we have the following to offer:
Option 1: On the main page:
- One banner spot for a “where to stay” / accommodation establishment
- One banner spot for a “what to do” / attraction establishment
- One banner spot for a restaurant / pub
- One banner spot for an adventure / sports establishment
These spots are valid for a year and are priced at R1000 each. Each add will be repeated on the relevant “Where to Stay” or “What to Do” or “Where to Eat” page.
Option 2: On the”Where to Stay” page:
- Five spots for “where to stay” / accommodation establishments priced at R500 each and valid for one year

- Five spots for “what to do” / attraction establishments priced at R500 each and valid for one year

All the spots will feature a blocked advertisement provided by the establishment with a logo and / or photo, contact details and website and will include a click-through link to the establishment’s website or Face Book page.

The second phase of the website will offer Clarens businesses the opportunity to advertise festival packages or specials that they wish to promote.
We will be distruting fliers all over Gauteng, KZN and central SA and will be offering advertising space on these as well.
And in the final weeks before the festival, we will be doing Twitter feeds focussing on specific businesses which will also be up for grabs.
